What is Teacher Care Crate?
Teacher Care Crate is a small business centered on self-care, founded by a teacher, and designed with the educator in mind!
We offer several subscriptions to help brighten a teacher's day:
- Teacher Care Crate: A self-care subscription box, featuring 5-7 items to serve as a gentle reminder to prioritize YOU.
- Teacher Tee Club: A subscription for exclusive teacher tees, a fun monthly surprise!
- Digi-Pack: A digital downloads subscription filled with educational and self-care resources.
You can also explore our collection of single crates, shop items, gift boxes, and tees, perfect for treating your favorite teacher-friends!
How Does it Work?
Visit one of our subscription pages below and subscribe to a month-to-month plan, or SAVE MORE by purchasing a pre-paid plan.
Order before the cut-off date of the 14th to receive this month's featured item. If you order on or after the 15th, not to worry - you will receive next month's item!
Subscriptions will ship on or before the 15th of the month, and they will automatically renew on the 1st of the month. You can cancel or skip anytime before the renewal date. If you cancel a pre-paid plan, you will receive any remaining orders within your plan.
Digi-packs are emailed immediately upon purchase and then on the 1st of each month.
Can I purchase a crate that does not auto-renew?
Absolutely! You can purchase a Gift Subscription, which does not auto-renew and will expire at the end of its subscription period. There is no need to cancel!
And of course, you can purchase past crates, mini crates, and mystery crates that never auto-renew.
When do I get charged for the next subscription period?
If you purchased your subscription before the 14th of the month, your order will ship by the 15th, and your renewal date (next charge date) will be on the 1st. You will receive an email notification 2 days prior to the renewal.
If your purchased your crate on or after the 15th of the month, your crate will ship by the 15th of the next month. Your renewal date will be on the following 1st of the month (after your crate ships).

Can I give Teacher Care Crate as a gift?
Teacher Care Crates make amazing gifts! Select from our Gift Subscription options, or purchase a Teacher Care Crate Gift Card. Additionally, Gift Subscriptions are not auto-renewing.
What is your policy on cancellation and refunds?
You can cancel your subscription and discontinue your monthly payments at any time, so that you do not get charged on the next renewal date.
Sorry, we do not offer refunds on orders that have already shipped or on prepaid multi-month subscriptions.
We offer refunds only if you notify us within 24 hours of your newly placed order or your renewal charge, directly stating that you would like a refund, provided that your order has not yet shipped. Refunds are manually processed, so please email us immediately at subscriptions@teachercarecrate.com.
While we do not reveal all the crate contents in advance, we announce the theme and provide several sneak peeks to the items inside. Make sure to check emails and social media!
If there is an item in the crate that does not work for you, we recommend gifting the item to a friend or family member who might enjoy it.
Shipping
When will my order ship?
Teacher Care Crates ship by the 15th of each month, and usually arrive within a week. If you subscribe before the 14th, congrats! You'll get this month's box as your first. If you subscribe after the 14th, don't worry - you'll get next month's crate as your first!
Teacher Tee Club subscriptions work on the same schedule as above, and Digi-Pack subscriptions get emailed on the daty of purchase and on the 1st of each month.
Non-subscription orders, including past crates, single items, and shirts, will ship within 5-7 business days.
How do I track my order?
You will receive an email notification when your order ships, and it will include tracking information. If you've ordered multiple items, please note that they may ship separately.

What if my order gets lost or stolen in transit?
We offer 1-Click Shipping Protection at checkout, and this will process a complimentary replacement for lost or stolen crates, provided that we are notified within 30 days.
If Shipping Protection was not purchased, Teacher Care Crate is not responsible for lost/stolen packages, or for inaccurate addresses entered by the buyer. For lost and damaged packages, the buyer can file a claim with the post office, and for stolen packages, a police report can be filed. For inaccurately entered addresses, or if you would like your crate reshipped, please contact us at subscriptions@teachercarecrate.com to update your address and purchase a shipping label.
What if I received a missing or damaged item?
Not to worry! We provide complimentary replacements for damaged, defective, or missing items. Please email us at subscriptions@teachercarecrate.com within 14 days of receiving the crate, and attach these photos:
1) The outside condition of the box upon delivery
2) The damaged Item showing evident damage or defect
3) A picture of the inside of the box you received.
This will help us to file an adequate claim with the fulfillment center or post office.
Why did I receive a different item in my crate than pictured?
If you are a new subscriber, you may be receiving our Welcome Crate which would be the first box shipped out.
In addition, our monthly subscription boxes are curated well in advance, and some crates, or the items within them, can sell out quickly. In such cases, we will send out special crates or replacement items. Like most teachers, we may need to use a substitute every now and again!
Account
How do I cancel my subscription or skip a renewal?
You can log in to your account to manage your subscription and personal information.
In your account, you can change your payment information, cancel your subscription, or skip your subscription renewal. You must cancel before the renewal date on the 1st of the month to avoid being charged.
If you are on a prepaid multi-month plan, skipping will result in no orders being shipped for the duration of your plan (3, 6, or 12 months). If you only want to skip one month, please send us an email.

How do I change or update my shipping address?
We can help update your address - email us at subscriptions@teachercarecrate.com.
The cut-off date to change your address for the month's box is before the 8th of each month in which your order ships. This is because we are preparing shipments between the 9-15th of the month, and once your shipping label is printed, the address can no longer be changed by us. In this case, the buyer would need to contact your post office to intercept the package.
Why am I having trouble logging in to my account?
If you are having trouble logging in to your account, we can help! Please send us a message at subscriptions@teachercarecrate.com for assistance.
What If I subscribe and cancel right away?
Once you subscribe, your method of payment is immediately charged. If you cancel right away, this will only ensure that your subscription will not renew, but you will still receive your order.
If you canceled because you have changed your mind and wish to be refunded and not receive a package, you must email us immediately at subscriptions@teachercarecrate.com. Refunds are manually processed and can only be provided if you email us (directly requesting a refund) within 24 hours of your order or renewal charge.
What if my card has expired or had insufficient funds?
If your card is declined for insufficient funds or is expired during your renewal period, you can send us a message once you've updated the information (subscriptions@teachercarecrate.com).
If we don't hear from you, we will automatically keep trying up to 8 times over the course of 9 days to renew your subscription. If we are still unsuccessful after the 8th try, we may automatically move your subscription renewal to the next month and will repeat the process of renewal again. If your renewal remains unsuccessful, then your subscription may automatically expire or be cancelled. Please ensure your credit card information is up to date to be successfully renewed. Teacher Care Crate is not responsible for any overdraft charges from banks or credit cards.
How do I reactivate my subscription?
You can reactivate your subscription at any time by emailing us at subscriptions@teachercarecrate.com or logging in directly in your account portal. Your card will automatically be charged upon reactivation of your subscription.
